Policies

  • To book a session, a $50 non-refundable deposit will need to paid via cash, facebook pay, or check. The $50 non-refundable deposit will be used towards your session's grand total.
  • Once a session has been preformed, your session fee + travel fee will not be refundable.
  • We require full payment before a session will be fully designed and uploaded to online gallery, blog spots, and social media sneak peaks.
  • Printed Items will take up to two weeks for delivery. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all customer products such as canvases.
  • If you arrive late to a session, lost time will not be made up and the best pictures possible will be taken in the amount of time that we have available.
  • Mini Sessions are offered at a low rate because I photograph all sessions with a tight schedule. If late to your time slot, I will use the remaining time to try and capture the best pictures possible.
  • If you reschedule a session more than 1 time, a $25 non-refundable reschedule fee will be added to your session.
  • Gift Cards can not be applied towards print packages.
  • The Rusty Cowgirl Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or unsafe, or windy weather conditions.
  • If a projection meeting cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, The Rusty Cowgirl Photography will refund the $50 deposit.
  • Clients reserve the right to reschedule any session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. 
  • If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you may pay a cancellation fee of $50.
  • Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an external hard drive or flash drive. 
  • We will not reserve a date or time without payment.
  • The Rusty Cowgirl Photography strives to have your portraits ready to view and order within 2-3 weeks after your session. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait may be longer. Please feel free to reach out for an update at anytime upon your session.
  • For Weddings, A deposit of 50% of your quoted coverage fee is due immediately to reserve your event date, along with your signed contract. We will not reserve a date or time without BOTH your payment and the signed contract. The remainder of your full balance is due no later than 2 week before your event date. 
  • For Weddings, The Rusty Cowgirl Photography strives to have your event images ready to view and order within 6-8 weeks after your event date. However, due to the level of attention we provide to your images, your wait may be longer.
